Return by Mail

All items must be returned in new condition.  To ensure a timely refund to your account, please return the item immediately upon deciding that you do not want the product. Returns shipping fees will be at customers expense. We'll issue you a full refund minus a $3.00 re-stocking fee per item.  We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return.

Please follow the simple instructions below:

1. To make it easy, place the unused item in its original condition and use the original packaging to ship your product.
2. Fill out the Return Form.
3. Fill out the reason for your return in the "return reason number" defined on the back of the return card. Include this form inside the box. If you have lost your Return form, mail your return to:

Gift-Sets.com uses the United Parcel Services (UPS), United States Postal Service (USPS) and FedEx ground shipping.  Gift-Sets.com use ground shipping for all products containing alcohol (including fragrance products). This is a legal requirement in the United States. Fragrances cannot be shipped by air.

Return Refunds and Credits
All items must be returned in new condition.  To ensure a timely refund to your account, please return the item immediately upon deciding that you do not want the product. Returns shipping fees will be at customers expense. We'll issue you a full refund minus a $3.00 re-stocking fee per item .  Gift baskets, gift sets or fragrance are exchangeable or returnable items if the products has not been open or use. 
An additional 5% restock fee will be charged to any item returned without celophane wrapping. After the 15 days have passed, you will receive a parcial refund. If you are returning a gift, we will issue the refund directly to the gift recipient. Please make sure to enter all of your information, including your e-mail address. We regret that we are unable to refund original shipping costs. It takes up to 10 business days to process the return and credit your account. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction.
